We just moved to the area and needed a vet as our do has developed a skin condition and is constantly chewing her leg. We found this Vet on yellow pages and decided to try them as they were one of 4 or 5 places to us which was very close. This was my first time using this service. They provided house sitting and cat sitting. The sitter (Lynne) was terrific and the cats (who are sometimes shy) took to her instantly. I LOVE Petopia. My dog Dexter is on their unlimited daycare plan and it is an absolute lifesaver. Their hours are fantastic, they are so accommodating when I need to work late or if Dexter ends up needing to spend the night because of my crazy schedule. Best of all - Dexter always has a huge smile and tones of fun while he is there. He is pretty particular and has gotten bored at other daycares - but not at Petopia. We have tried a lot of kennels for our dog, and this is the kennel that we recommend to all of our friends in the York region. The kennel is well priced, has good pick-up/drop-off times, and really take care of the animals being boarded. They walk the animals in their own yard, have play time and the place is clean. I brought my golden doodle here for one week during my trip. When I picked her up she was very happy and excited. The resort owner took video of our dog for us to see. Also he showed us how our dog lived there. I also think it was good for the dogs to have a big area for them to exercise and have there own pen to stay in.
