I am submitting this review because of my experience with DR Bakken and my experience with this lady. I have ice pick scarring, scars from an assault and I also have a burn on my face. I have spent over $14,000 on my face so far and I am not satisfied. It has caused me a lot of pain because I was not able to access medical care to treat my acne at the time. DR. Our three year old has had many visits to the doctors and it almost always consists of my wife holding him down while he screams, and me being ignored as a mom and pushed away to watch from the corner, because i'm "in the way" and "only his mom should be here." This was not the case with Dr. Pugsley. He was friendly, engaging with both parents and very thorough with his explanations. He took his time with our son, making everything into a game. Our little guy, for the first time ever, enjoyed his visit with the doctor, giggled the whole way through and walked out with a smile.
