I do not where to start, this clinic does not only give the best service and care, it's way beyond so. Very knowledgeable staff and techs. They are doing an expansional job. Dr. Hany Naguib an amazing Vet, they way he treats the pets and their families as if it is his own. Gives you the best solution for the treatment, reasonable cost. never felt that there was any push for extra treatment unless it's really needed. Saved my dog's life twice :-)

At North Edmonton, I spoke with a pleasant, kind voice who turned out to be Meagan, and headed to the clinic as a "walk-in". The wait was reasonable for a Saturday. (Bring a book.) I saw Dr. Kitwanda, who asked me questions, did an exam, and then explained how he was able to help. He inspired my confidence with his professional manner. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Had screwed up my finger really good and was basically in shock from all the blood and well the state of my finger, so i went here and was let in too see the doctor right away. The doctor and nurse could clearly see i was in alot of pain and not taking too well to the state my finger was in and quickly and calmly froze upmy finger to prep for stitches but i was freaking out and just not the best patient at all haha and refused stitches so they agreed instead of arguing with me and did not preform the stitches but instead closed and bandaged the wound very carefully. I ended up going to my family doctor the next day only to have him amazed at how well they took care of my finger with proper bangaging and everything. Thank you too the very kind nurse and doctor. Im still very sorry how much i was freakong out lol but thank you both so much.
