Bloody good caesars in Edmonton

There are those who like their caesars straight up and those imbibers who prefer a little flair with their clamato and vodka. From strips of bacon to pickled asparagus, there's nothing quite like a cocktail that doubles as a tasty snack. In honour of National Caesar Day on May 19, we rounded up the city's top caesars, ranging from classic to creative, to sip on.

O'Byrne's Irish Pub

They prepare a house specialty called the beesar: a traditional Smirnoff caesar topped with a domestic beer of your choice for a truly interesting drink. Or, opt for the Hendricks Gin caesar, finished with a spicy bean.
