Terrible service! I was told my furniture would be delivered in two weeks, third week still waiting! I tried calling them 10 times, not once have they answered the phone or call me back!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! They dont even deserve 1 star. They only care about the money that they can get from you. They will make promises but they NEVER deliver. We bought 3 sets of beds for our kids from Zaida. Prior to the payment, we specifically mentioned that the delivery date would depend on when we can get the keys in our new apartment, but that itll be within the long weekend. Anicia promised they will take care of it. Now, weve been calling. Its been 3 d but they still wont deliver.

My shopping experience at RK Furniture was a first class one from beginning to end! Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and took their time to go over the details of each couch/manufacturer. The purchase decision became seamless. Shipment was timely. The delivery men un-did the sliding door and brought in the sectional through the back yard. From top to bottom, RK Furniture staff truly go the extra mile for their customers, making the experience not just good, but delightful!

Stay away from Furniture Den / Rk Furniture House

I would mark it 0 if I could. I ordered a king size bed and 5 armors and some more. I've been requested to pay extra money to make the bed and armors in the way I wanted. But the drawers of the bed and mirrors on the armors were not made the way I ordered. I called back to the store, I been told I had to go down to the factory to get the problem solve. It's weird, but I went anyway. However, the problem still not get solve and I've been told to pay extra $500-$1000 to get my problem solve.
