Yesterday, I visited Charlie Butcher Shop (Markham & Steeles)in No Frills to purchase a whole chicken. I usually order from the gentleman who works there—he always does a great job cutting the chicken, which is why I came back. However, he wasn’t there this time, and only a short lady was available. I specifically asked her to cut the chicken into 12 pieces and to remove the skin.
Unfortunately, she did a very poor job. The chicken was cut into uneven pieces and the skin was not properly remove.
