The staff and service provided were good, but the location was difficult to find, extremely awkward and stressful to get--sharp left turn on busy road onto a steep hill road and horrible to arrive at. There was no available parking and extremely claustrophobic and anxiety provoking driving conditions to drive near and around the building. Why would the company make customers who have just been in a collision be re traumatized by have such a dysfunctional and horrible experience? Unacceptable!
To I am on hold for customer service 1 hour 21 minutes. Still music is playing. I am not sure how can I contact them.
